دور طلب المساندةِ الاجتماعيةِ في التنبؤ بنمو مَا بعدِ الصَّدمة لَدى النَّاجيات مِن مريضاتِ سرطان الثَّدي The Role of Seeking Social Support in Predicting Posttraumatic Growth among Breast Cancer Survivors

هدف البحث الحالي إلى تحديد أولويات اللجوء لمصادر المساندة الاجتماعية لدى الناجيات من سرطان الثدي، والکشف عن مدى قدرة السعي لطلب المساندة الاجتماعية على التنبؤ بنمو ما بعد الصدمة، ويعرف نمو ما بعد الصدمة بأنه: خبرة ذاتية بحدوث تغير نفسي إيجابي يقرره الفرد کنتيجة للصراع مع الصدمة، وذلک على عينة مکونة من ستين ناجية تراوح المدى العمري للعينة 32 إلى 59 عامًا، بمتوسط "47,2عامًا"، وانحراف معياري"6,6عامًا، 69% منهم في مستوى اقتصادي اجتماعي متوسط، وتراوح مستوى التعليم بين 9سنوت و16 سنة، 80% منهن متزوجات، تم تشخيصهن بسرطان الثدي من المراحل الأولى والثانية والثالثة، تراوحت المدة منذ التشخيص بين سنة وخمس سنوات. استخدمت الدراسة الأدوات التالية من إعداد الباحثة: قائمة نمو ما بعد الصدمة، وقائمة طلب المساندة الاجتماعية. توصلت النتائج إلى أن الأهل فالزوج والأبناء هم أولويات اللجوء کمصادر مساندة الجتماعية، کما أظهر تحليل الانحدار الخطي البسيط عدم إسهام درجة طلب المساندة الاجتماعية في التنبؤ بنمو ما بعد الصدمة لدى الناجيات من سرطان الثدي، وتم تفسيره في ضوء العوامل الثقافية استرشادًا بنموذج کالهون وتيديسکي التفسيري لنمو ما بعد الصدمة.
The aim of the current research is to determine the priorities for seeking social support among a sample of breast cancer survivors, and to reveal the extent to which seeking social support can predict posttraumatic growth. The sample age ranged from 32 to 59 years, with a mean of "47.2 years" and a standard deviation of "6.6 years, 69% of the sample were in a medium socioeconomic level, and the number of educational years ranged from 9 to 16 years, 80% of them were married, they were diagnosed with breast cancer From the first, second and third stages, the time since diagnosis ranged from one to five years. The following tools prepared by the researcher: The posttraumatic growth list and the social support request list. The results concluded that parents, husband and kids are the priority of support seeking, the analysis of simple linear regression showed that the degree of seeking social support did not contribute to predict the posttraumatic growth, the result was interpreted in the light of Calhoun and Tedeschi's explanatory model of posttraumatic growth, and the cultural factors of the phenomenon of posttraumatic growth.
