الفروق بين الطالبات المبدعات في النشاطات الفنية وغير المبدعات في مکونات التفاعل بين الأشخاص The Difference between Creative Female Students and Non-Creative Female Students in the Inter-Personal Interaction Component

هَدَفَت الدراسة الحالية إلى الکشف عن الفروق بين المبدعات في مجال الفنون، وغير المبدعات من حيث مکونات التفاعل داخل وبين الأشخاص، المتمثلة في التوجه الجسدي، والتنافس، والثقة بالنفس، والاندفاعية في السلوک، والتحکُّم في مجريات التفاعل مع الآخرين، والانبساطية؛ ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم استخدام مقياس خصال التفاعل بين الأشخاص اقتباس وإعداد/ فؤاد أبوالمکارم، وکانت عينة الدراسة من طالبات جامعة الفيوم بکليتي التربية الفنية، والآداب، وتم تقسيمهن إلى مجموعتين:
الأولى: المبدعات، وهن الطالبات المبدعات، اللاتي يتوفر لهن منتج فني، وکان عددهن عشرين طالبة، والثانية: غير الطالبات المبدعات، وهن اللاتي لم يمارسن أي نشاط فني، وکان عددهن إحدى وعشرين طالبة، وطُبق عليهن اختبار خِصال التفاعل بين الأشخاص، وقد أوضَحَتْ نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مجموعتي الدراسة في: (الثقة بالنفس، والانبساطية، والتحکم في مجريات التفاعل مع الآخرين)، وکانت هذه الفروق في اتجاه مجموعة الطالبات المبدعات؛ وهذه النتيجة تَدلُّ على اقتران سمة الإبداع بمکونات مُحدَّدة للتفاعل داخل وبين الأشخاص.
The current study aimes to reveal the differences between creative female students and non-creative female students in terms of interaction components between people represented in physical orientation, competition, self-confidence, impulsiveness in behavior, control of the course of interaction with others, and extroversion, and to achieve the goal of the study, the Interpersonal Interaction Characteristics Scale was used. Quote and prepared by Fouad Abu Al-Makarem, and the sample of the study was from Fayoum University female students in the faculties of Art Education and Arts. They were divided into two group, the first weee the creative female students who had an artistic produc and their number was twenty female students, the second,: non creative female students who had never practice any artistic activity , their number was twenty-one female students,  and a test of interpersonal interaction traits was applied to them. The results of the study showed that there were statistically significant differences between the two study groups in: (self-confidence, extraversion, and control over the course of interaction with others), and these differences were in the direction of the group of creative students, this result indicates the association of creativity with specific components of interaction between people.
